What we collect, what we do with it, and the limits of the opportunity data we publish. Questions about any of it go to [email protected].

The short version
We ask for your email address so we can send you the opportunity reports you sign up for. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Opportunity data comes from a public SAM.gov file and we cannot guarantee it is accurate, complete, or current — always confirm details on SAM.gov before you act on them.
What we collect
- Account details. Your email address, first name, and last name, provided when you register.
- Your password. Stored only as a salted cryptographic hash. We cannot read it or recover it for you.
- Saved searches. The filter name, keywords, NAICS codes, notice types, status, and date range you save, plus whether email alerts are enabled for each.
- Basic usage analytics. Aggregate page-view statistics, used to understand overall traffic. We do not build advertising profiles.
- Anti-abuse checks. Registration and login are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process your IP address and browser information to confirm you are not a bot.
We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, government identifiers, or any other sensitive personal information. Please do not put such information in a saved search name or any other free-text field.
How we use it
- To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
- To run your saved searches and email you the resulting opportunity reports.
- To respond to you when you contact us for support.
- To protect the service against abuse, fraud, and technical faults.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share it only with the service providers that operate this product on our behalf — email delivery, hosting, bot protection, and analytics — and only to the extent needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information if required by law, valid legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the security of the service, and as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will give notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy notice.
We send transactional and alert email related to your account and your saved searches. You can stop opportunity alerts at any time by disabling email on a saved search or deleting the saved search. We may still send essential account messages, such as security or service notices.
Data retention and your choices
- You can view, edit, and delete your saved searches at any time from your account.
- You can change your email address and password from Account settings.
- To request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your account and associated data, email us at [email protected]. We will act on verified requests within a reasonable period and as required by applicable law. Account deletion is currently handled manually on request.
- We keep account data for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as needed for legal, accounting, or security purposes.
Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Accuracy of opportunity data — please read
Opportunity listings are derived from the Contract Opportunities data extract published by SAM.gov, which is publicly available. We reproduce and index that file; we do not create, verify, correct, or supplement its contents.
- No guarantee of accuracy. We make no representation or warranty that any listing is accurate, complete, current, or free of error. The file may contain omissions or mistakes, and our copy may lag behind SAM.gov by up to a day or more.
- SAM.gov is the authoritative source. Always verify a notice, its attachments, its terms, and above all its response deadline directly on SAM.gov before relying on it. Where this site and SAM.gov disagree, SAM.gov governs.
- Not procurement, legal, or business advice. Nothing here is advice, a solicitation, an offer, or a recommendation to pursue any opportunity.
- Automated summaries. Some listings include a short summary generated by an automated language model. These summaries are produced without human review, may be wrong or misleading, and are provided for convenience only. Never rely on a summary in place of the official notice.
- Alerts may not arrive. Email alerts depend on systems outside our control and may be delayed, filtered, or not delivered at all. Do not rely on our alerts as your only means of learning about an opportunity or a deadline.
No affiliation with the U.S. Government
This site is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by SAM.gov, the General Services Administration, or any United States government agency. All agency names and identifiers appear solely as they occur in the public data.
Service provided "as is"
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost contract awards, missed deadlines, or loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in this notice limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, bulk-download, resell, or redistribute the service, attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls, probe or disrupt the service or its infrastructure, or use the service to send unsolicited messages or to violate any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do so.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypting traffic in transit and storing passwords only as hashes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
International users
The service is operated from the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where data protection law may differ from that of your country.
Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted in the service or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated notice.
